The wonders of Pinterest has found me a new, gorgeous lifestyle blog – I feel so relaxed and dreamy looking at the beautifuly styled images. So inspired, I’m making Lemon Curd toinght (my mum’s favourite) and will attempt a hand painted linen tea towel. I’m visiting mum for the weekend and thinking these would be perfect ‘gifts’. I love that everything is quite simple and not overly fussy. I have added this to my Blog love and sure I’ll be popping by regularly. Enjoy!

Notes on recipe: My butter/sugar split when I added the lemon juice in my mixer, but whisked it quickly on medium heat for about 5mins and it all came together. I added an extra tablespoon of corn flour and zest of a lemon and it turned out beautifully.
