Having one of those “oh dear” days (well seems like a few weeks now) - dealing with banks and their (insert appropriate word) policies. But how gorgeous are thes deer prints from Urban Road – definitely would hang this in my kitchen, for all of those “Oh dear” culinary moments! Found our dream property, and I mean, couldn’t believe my eyes when we drove in. You know that feeling “this feels right” – we were like children walking around with these huge, cheesy grins! It’s taken almost 3 yrs to find this place, however because of a bank policy any land size about 125acres, is considered ‘commercial rural’ and we need 20% deposit. This place is 140acres and we almost have 20%, but not quite – who has this much cash our age?!
So have been avoiding Pinterest, blogging, twitter, FB, etc to stop my imagination running wild with decorating this beautiful home. Will fill my time with boring tasks to reduce the temptation. Apologies for putting a dampner on this post after these gorgeous prints , just venting my bitter disappointment

but I find this matter to be really something which I think
I would never understand. It seems too complicated and
