Emmy & Mouse is a blog created by Emma Barrett.
I trained as a graphic designer 9 years ago and love my industry. I’ve worked in the big agencies and boutique agencies in Sydney and now live and work in regional NSW with my husband. I’m a Corporate designer for a large Council by day, freelance designer by night – where I can push the boundaries and design the things I really want to! I previously owned and designed, with my sister, littlelki Boutique – an online store of our handmade Liberty children’s and women’s clothing and Liberty homewares. Just this year I’ve enrolled in a course of Interior Decoration to further develop my love and passion for interiors and styling. I hope to open a shop next year that will offer beautiful homewares, interior styling and vintage items. One can only dream! Which is why this blog was created. I hope to share my own designs as well as those that are inspiring to me – graphic design, photography, DIY and craft/sewing to interiors to food and yummy goodness.
